Transfer completed on 9/12/22 all ok other that not receiving incoming calls, outgoing all good but if I dial my landline there’s no ringing and it’s not connecting???

Hi - I have exactly the same issue (outbound working fine but not receiving inbound calls).
Could you either get in touch please or let me know how the issue was resolved so I can try it out.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with inbound calls. We can understand the inconvenience caused and we want to best help. Just to confirm, how long has this issue been ongoing? What happens when you test inbound calls? Have you also checked the cable connections for your landline device? https://www.virginmedia.com/help/landline/landline-not-working

I think it has been happening since I was moved over to the new set-up (phone via the router).
We didn't notice immediately as outbound calls are working fine so cabling must all be OK.
When I call the landline from my mobile it connects for a second then drops - the house phone does not ring at all.
