Landline not ringing on incoming call

If anyone can help - noticed that the landline which is plugged into the BT socket is no longer ringing on incoming call.

I can ring off the landline
I can ring the landline from my mobile and hear it ringing on my mobile.

But the phone does not ring.
I have tried two cordless phones and just brought a corded phone to check today and still no success.
Any ideas before I call 150?
