Since moving last July we have not been able to recieve incoming calls. We can dial out though. We have had many tries to get through to customer services, but either had to give up because we couldn't wait any longer or been cut off while waiting for customer services to find someone who can help. The phone is plugged into the hub - as it's supposed to be and there doesn't seem to be any socket to try anyway. We have tried using different phones but no difference. Is there a direct number we can try? or online chat ? We can't keep waiting on the call centre.
Sorry to hear of the issues that you've had with your phone line since last July, this is clearly not good enough that the fault has been going on for so long.
I have been able to find your account and have now passed this onto our second line faults team, who will be in touch with you in the next 24 hours to discuss this issue and hopefully it will resolved, when they call you.
