I joined VM around a months ago and requested to port over my landline number from previous provider.
I've found out that form VM that the port is apparently complete, although previous supplier say they still have the number registered to them.Plugged handset into VM hub to test - I can call out from it but not receive calls. I'm wondering if the port is not fully complete or where to go from here.
Phone still works perfectly fine for making and receiving calls when plugged into standard BT phone sockets.

Hi,I can definitely tell you that your port has failed,you will need to phone customer service to re send the port request.
