We had broadband and a phone line installed today. We can make calls but we’re unable to receive calls. The number was scheduled to be transferred over from TalkTalk today as part of the installation. Am I worrying unnecessarily or is it likely to come on stream shortly? The very helpful engineer assured me it would be working within half an hour or so no. But that’s not happened.
