Landline not ported

I moved over to Virgin at the end of November and my number was supposed to be ported over from Plusnet.  It still hasn't been ported over and when I contacted Plusnet they have not had any request to obtain the number.  As I can't cancel the contract with plusnet or I will lose the number I am now another month into a contract with them.

Could someone have a look at the status of this please?

Sorry for the problems that you've had with your number port being raised.

 

I have been able to look into your account and can see that a request was submitted but to go into this further we would need to do this via a private message to divulge any details.

I've had the same thing...

 

Requested same number at time of purchase, which for some reason hasn't happened...

Glad I double checked with my previous provider that the cancellation had been confirmed, currently paying for 2 services and been told on chat the number port can take up to 14 days...🤑
