My virgin media services were installed on 4th September.
I requested that my landline number was ported from EE as part of the installation but this hasn’t happened.
Ahead of installation on the 26th August 2021 I contacted you to double check and make sure that the switch over to virgin media would include a port of my existing phone number. On the chat that day Meghana confirmed that it would and you will be moving my existing number.
No update from Virgin on any problem, or any indication of when it will happen.
