My landline is not making or receiving calls, the symbol on the handset shows there is no signal.
When I try to make any calls it dials the number and then there is just a dead dial tone and if I try and call my landline there is an automated message that says “sorry, this person is currently unavailable”.
My handset is plugged directly in to the hub and I have checked all cables, I’ve rebooted the hub and the handset and it’s still not working. I have also tested another handset and this doesn’t work.
I have checked the status in my area and it says no issues.
I have no issues with my broadband.
This has been like this for months and since I got the landline there has always been some kind of issue with the connection. I have been paying for a service which I can’t use. Please help with getting this issue resolved
