Since last Thursday we haven't been able to call out on our land line. Incoming is ok, but when we try to make an outgoing call we are getting message saying:
'Welcome to Virginmedia.....' like it is defaulting to 150.
We have a dialling tone, but as soon as you start to type a number we get the message.
The self help service on the web site is as useful as a chocolate teapot.
How do we get this fixed? 150 is just a horrible messaging system, that goes through a bunch of checks, then says sorry we aren't working right not..
