Landline not accepting calls

I raised an issue regarding my mother’s landline not working and the conversation to resolve it seems to have stopped.  An someone get in touch again please

I appreciate that but as my mum is 89 and on her own I could do with this getting sorted as soon as possible please

 I understand however since my colleague is looking into this, if I jump on it may confuse stuff, and prolong the issue. She will reach out when she can do.
