Landline not Working

Landline not working for more than a week.

unable to spk to anyone regarding this. Have called several times and have been left holding for more than 30 mins.

can someone pls contact to help?

HI kamlapatel, thanks for messaging us and we can confirm that there is an outage in the area which will be resolved on the 31st October. - Chris. 

How is that even acceptable?

It required me to get on this forum to be able to get an ans to the problem. Meanwhile I ve been out of a working landline for my elderly parents at home.

really disappointed.

I have looked into the fault in the area and it is due to be resolved on the 31st at 9am, please let us know if you are still having issues following the fix time? ^Chris. 

Issue still not resolved.

unable to get thru to cust service. I think I need the engineer to visit & fix the little brown box outside the property.

I have taken a look from our side and can confirm the issue is still being looked in to by our field team. 

The current estimated fix time is the 5th November at 3pm.

I think this is unacceptable as it’s a landline and I have explained that I have elderly parents who use this as their only contact I emergencies.

I would really appreciate it if some serious consideration was given to this matter.

I am very sorry for any inconvenience or worry this issue has caused. 

As the fault is impacting multiple address, we are unable to expedite the work required to restore the service. The team are working hard to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
