How can I book an engineer,website help is useless?

Home phone unusable have tried all help pages to no avail,this will be the 4th time had to call engineer in last 12 months for same fault,each time repair lasts a few days only to return.

Has the option to book an engineer been removed from website or just well hidden?

I'm so sorry to hear that you're having some problems with your landline service recently. I've checked our systems and I can't seem to detect any issues on the line currently to explain the issues you're facing currently. Are the issues ongoing for you today?

If they are, can you elaborate on what checks and troubleshooting you've done in an effort to remedy this? Is it possible for you to test a different landline handset to rule out this potentially being an equipment related issue?
