Landline no longer going to voicemail

My Virgin Media landline used to go to voice mail after a number of rings but now just rings continuously and does not go to voice mail.

Is there anything I can do to fix this or do I need to ring 150 and wait in the queue to speak to someone?

Thanks for those details PaulAR1

I need to apologise as the Voicemail was removed from the Telephone Exchange

Basically it is a piece of software we use here to add features etc

This has been added back on now and can take anything upto 48 hours to be active

If you dont have it working by Friday can you please let me know on here
