We have tried calling 150 but can never get through so I am reaching out on here for help.
Our landline all of a sudden is no longer receiving incoming calls. Initially we thought it was the phone so we have replaced it but the new phone has the same problem.
We have tried everything that has been suggested in the help section including using the test socket in the wall socket, the phone tells us someone has called but it never rings, and having rung it, it doesn't go to answer machine. We don't have call barring or block on the phone so we know it's not this.
Having had a look online it appears it could be a faulty line card in the exchange not providing a ringing current, which is not something we can fix, and would need an engineer.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
