Moved house last week and setting up phone. All plugged in and I can dial out but can’t receive incoming calls, have tried from 2 separate mobiles, I get a dead phone tone (short beep) and home phone not ringing. 150 numpties keep fobbing me off say the whole system is down. Phone is plugged into Hub 3.Old house had a wall socket. The number has been ported from the old address.
Please help we are missing lots of calls that are important to us.
