Landline no dialling tone

No dialling tone on landline.

Status in area not showing any issues.

Hi JohnReilly11,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you landline isn't working and that you have been unable to speak to us, I was able to locate you on our system and cannot see any issues, please can you check the Telephone socket, remover everything including any filters, extensions, alarms and any other devices connected, once done try a separate phone directly into the socket, if a technician was to come and it was the phone or any cables ETC plugged in there will be a £25 charge.

I have tried unplugging etc and also plugged in an analogue phone. There is still no dialling tone.
