My phone is being switched over but the hub & phone are on different sides of the room. Rang virgin last week who said they would arrange an engineer to come out & would call me back with a date. Never called back so rang back Mon & was told an engineer was booked in to come the following day. They never turned up I was in all day. Today my home phone has no dialling tone so I can't ring them. Any advise please?

I'm sorry to hear you've had some problems with the migration and no Technician has visited. I've taken a look on our end and it does look like the service has been moved over to our 21CV Service, which is why you currently have no dial tone.
