Sorry to see you are getting no connection or dial tone on your landline after the power cut, I have checked our systems just to see if there have been any further issues caused by the power cut and I am unable to see anything.
Due to this not showing any further reason as to why you would still be having this phone issue I am going to send you a PM to take some details to investigate further.
