Landline no dial tone

Can anybody help to book an engineer, we have no dial tone and don't receive incoming ( I've tried calling in from my mobile ).

I've run through the checks suggested online and no joy!

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your landline. How long has this issue been ongoing for? Are you able to make calls on the line? Have you also tried rebooting your device to see if the issue persists?

Hi, thanks for the reply! I've had the issue for about 4 days now, I've pulled all the connections and re-seated but still no joy. I do not have a dial tone so can't make calls out. I have tried calling the landline from my mobile, it rings on the mobile but nothing on the landline.

This should be in the top right hand corner of the page. It's a purple envelope icon.

 

I know Beth is not working this weekend, so I will send you a PM instead so we can get the visit scheduled sooner for you 🙂
