How's things today? If still the same, does setting the landline phone to 'tone' resolved the issue? If not, can you unplug it and re-plug it back in for me?
Still no dial tone. Adjacent to Virginmedia mastersocket is a BT one from a former contract, if i plug into that i get dial tone, but calls fail as i don't pay for that service.
