Thanks for your post. Sorry to hear you've had some trouble with the phone line. I've ran some checks on my end and it does appear that your service is still connected to our Copper/Analogue lines.
After running further checks, we would be unable to move your service to our 21CV line, at this time. This is because we are not currently switching over your area. We are currently in the process of migrating all of our customers to our new 21CV telephone service, but this is being done region by region.
When your area is due to be migrated, we will be in touch. I apologise for any inconvenience.
Can't connect my BT 8600 landline phone to my Virgin media Hub 5 router.

The hub 5 has had some problems in the past with connecting phones to it. Haven't kept up to date with the latest developments of that particular hub 5 issue so not sure if that has now been fully resolved or not.
