Sorry to hear about the fault with your line.
This sounds like we have upgraded you to our Fibre service.
Have you received an adapter through the post, any emails, letters advising of the upgrade?
The old telephone socket will not be used any more and the Telephone needed to be plugged into the 2 grey sockets on the back of the broadband hub.
Can you please let me know if that is possible.
