Landline issues

Hi

like others I have no dial tone and can’t call out

when phoning in via mobile the line rings but the phone doesn’t 

also have “check phone line” on display on phone

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the landline.
May I ask if you've checked the master socket to see if the landline is securely connected?
Are you also able to try another landline?

Tried phone directly into socket, no difference 

also tried a different phone directly into the socket and same thing happens
