Landline issues

Once again Virgin Media proves how non-customer friendly it is!

My landline cuts off after 15 secs and then just makes a crackling and squeeking noise. I have switched to a different handset and the same thing happens. I have tried unplugging everything and reconnecting, still the same issue.

To add that the so called "Live Chat" certainly isn't live if you have a non-userfriendly bot taking calls. Then it directs you to "What's App"...I'm already in one chat..why do I have to go to another one, I also don't own a mobile phone and so can't access What's App.

Useless as ever Virgin!
