Hi,
I'm posting on behalf of my mum who is disabled. We are both on virgin phones and I just tried to call her and got a message saying "Sorry, the number is incorrect."
I tried another number on my phone and the call connected.
I had to call my mum on my mobile for it to work.
Is this issue on her end or my end? I've noticed other weird things with her phone too since she had the digital switchover. When we call her number via mobile it doesn't give a British ringing tone but an American one (See here for examples: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ringing_tone). I confirmed with my brother it does the same thing for him when he dials her using his mobile and we are both on different networks.
Thank you.
