I have weekend chat only on my landline but I think we've used it about 5 times in 7 years. It's part of my package but we only ever use mobiles. I recently tried to plug a new phone in via the original socket but I get no dial tone to phone out or no incoming calls. I read that Virgin have changed over to VOIP service and should have sent out information regarding an adapter to plug the phone into the hub. I have not had or heard nothing, can anyone shed any light on this. Thankyou in advance

VM is doing the switchover as part of a rolling programme of work.
If you log into the hub, do you see that telephony is ready/enabled on the 'Welcome' page when you log in?

Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear you're having some issues with the line.
Can you confirm if this is just incoming calls that you're having the problem with? Can you make outgoing calls?
