Hi,
Landline is not receiving calls anymore. When called, caller gets impression it is ring, but does not ring at our receiving end. We can call out.
I thought phone itself had died but new phone exactly same problem. No problems on checking connection via virgin media.
So how can I get this checked? Advice?

I am sorry for the issues with your landline.
Can you please tell me if the landline is connected via the master wall socket? Or is it connected to the Hub directly?

I have exactly the same issue. Bought new hand set but still an issue. Plugged direct into line. The handset does not ring.

Sorry to hear you're not receiving inbound calls. Have you also been able to test another handset with your telephone service? If that's not possible, please do get back to us and we'll be more than happy to take a look on your behalf. Also have you seen here? And have you checked for any issues in your area here?

While you are at it could you pick this up again for me too? (The initial comment from Sweetoscar was in reply to my post...)
I got as far as:
After calling 150, and one hour four different teams I spoke to on Thursday afternoon, it was established that it was likely that it had something to do with the change-over to digital from my previous landline provider (even though I have been with you well over a decade). Conclusion was reached having done all the tests from Virgin Media end. They took my mobile phone number, tested whether they could reach me (yes), and then promised (promised) on Friday someone would definitely be in touch again (promised indeed).
Meanwhile Hayley_S at community team had asked to be kept up to date on Thursday - I explained yesterday 4pm-ish that nothing had happened, gave all the details on my account she asked for. Any then nothing, again.
Can someone have the courtesy to keep me up to date? Too many people seem to be having this problem?
