Can you please perform a reboot on the hub to see if the landline service is then able to produce a dial tone?

Have you possibly been able to use an alternative handset on the landline connection?

Hi @Sam82d thanks for your post although I'm sorry you have no landline at the moment. 

How is your landline connected, have you change to the 21CV fibre network yet, where you're connected directly to the Hub?

Can you check that all the connections are secure in your Hub and landline, and have you tried a different handset?

I’ve rebooted it loads ov times and it’s not working when I try ring it it says the person is unavailable at the moment I need it sorting out asap  as I work from home and need my landline

Tuning in

Landline not working this afternoon. Did notice engineers at the virgin box this morning but didn't notice issue with phone until this evening. Having difficulty getting through to Virgin to report fault

We're sorry to see the landline fault persists, we'd love to assist with this.
Could you please let us know if you've tried a different handset to see if the line has a dial tone using this?

Also, are you able to connect the handset on the phone wall socket and is there a dial tone when you plug this on to the Master socket (with VM logo) at all?

The handset is connected to the master socket. No dial tone but line sounds open

Thanks for testing this, is the call coming in if you ring your landline or do you get an error message again?

Also, has your line ever worked via the hub or did it work over the copper lines(wall socket) before this issue came up?
