Landline is dead

My landline has been completely dead for two weeks now. Equipment has not been changed , unplugged or moved.

Welcome, thanks for posting.

I am sorry that the landline is not working for you.

You seem to be in a migration onto our VOIP system, which means you would use the Hub to connect the landline up.

Have you received an adaptor?

No I have not received anything. Also this last week I have had emails from you about changes to my account , that I have not been consulted on nor has anyone in the household. Will this be to do with the issue ?
