I have had no in or out calls for at least two months. I called Virgin and was referred to another number to see if there was work in my area - there wasn't but nothing improved.
Completed complaint form yesterday but when asked to 'submit' everything froze.
I need an engineer to call because I cannot call you from my mobile now and have no other way of getting in touch with you to have the landline fixed.
