Hey @Justin1975, thanks for reaching out to us and a warm welcome to the Virgin Media forums.
I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the landline.
I've had a quick look and I can't see any issues in the area affecting this.
Does it show up engaged regardless of any number that rings it?
Are you able to reboot your Virgin Media router for me please and check all the connections of the landline to main powerbase?
Let us know and we can go on from there.
Kind regards,
Ilyas.

We had the change over from virgin and as we have a office phone at the end of the garden a tec come out and fed a cable from the media box to the old box that's n a different room to fed the telephone in the office: all this has been working fine for a month or so.
Then yesterday phone rang on two separate occasions incoming One ring No number on 1471 just mine from the day before when calling in.
Then last night when calling in the engaged tone appeared.
I have since removed the cable from the router to the old box and just have a direct fed to phone via dongle to hub, we know have a line in the property but not in the home office, which as you can imagine will be a night mare when returning to work this week. Please help.
Kind regards
Justin
