Hi I’ve had an email thanking me for changing my services and when I queried it as I didn’t change anything I was told it’s moving my landline to some new fibre optic thingy (which I received no communication about) I now have no working landline. No calls in and I can’t call out but I’ve had no instructions on why or what I need to do (if anything) and I can’t get an actual person on the phone to help. What do I need to do?
