Trying to get a dead landline sorted out can't get through to any helplines when I'm home from work. Tried to get someone else to call during the day for me and he did get through but they wouldn't do anything because they said he gave an incorrect account password.
Phone line has no dial tone.
Can't make or receive calls.
Phone has been out of action for over a week now and there seems no way to resolve this.
My mother is over 75 and is home alone during the day without a landline.
