I'd like someone from Virgin to explain something strange. I have had no landline for 5 days and had an engineer's visit booked for Wednesday 10th June. I ran several tests from the website but kept getting the 'we can't find a problem' response. Today my landline started working again.
I have cancelled the engineer's visit but can someone explain what happened? I am in the CM19 area and there was a broadband issue mentioned on the Service Status page over the weekend (although my broadband was fine).
