There is no dialtone and hence no line. Incoming calls cannot connect and end.The phone is connected to a Virgin box and not the hub, but has been working perfectly for years.
The handsets are all fully charged and respond to internal features, such as address book.
I have replaced the digital handset with an analogue phone and there is still no signal.
I have rebooted the hub, again to no avail.
The status check shows no issues for my postcode.
I suspect it needs an engineer visit.
