Since yesterday afternoon my phone hasn't been able to receive or make outgoing calls. Checked all equipment and it seems fine. Any idea what's going on?

Have you been able to take a look at our Landline Faults page to see if this can help with your issue? Do you have a working dial tone?
Have you been able to connect a different landline phone in to see if it is an equipment issue at all?

Were you in area which was switched over to Fibre yesterday?
We had a text middle of July saying Landline moving to fibre on October 5th then 2 weeks later a connector came through the post.....put it to one side and forget about it......
Then today at 1330 I got a text saying your phone switchover is complete........ "Oh yeah I forgot about that - thanks for the reminder"....tried ringing my home number and the line was ringing but the phones weren't.......
Plugged the adapter in (after moving the base unit to the lounge next to hub and the phone now rings.......)
