- My landline has stopped working over a week ago and have done all the recommended online troubleshooting Virgin have asked.
I have been trying to contact Virgin Media via its online chat but getting no reply for over a few hours from two times I have attempted this.
I can't contact them on 150 for obvious reasons. I have tried to find alternative contact details on the website with no luck.
I would appreciate if anyone who had similar problems get in touch with their solution to this if they had one.
Or if anyone can give me their free customer contact number to use from a non Virgin phone.
