Landline down in ML2 area since Thursday. Virgin report issues with TV in my area, but not phones. (My TV is ok). Also just upgraded to Virgin 360, so don’t know if that is related. Very frustrating that you can’t report fault via App. Anyone else having landline issues in this area?

I'm sorry to hear that the landline is down.
I've checked on my end and I can't see any outages relating to the landline on the system.
The upgrade wouldn't affect the landline services.
May I ask if you're getting a dialling tone?

Hi llyas, no dialling tone. Had similar issue about 3 weeks ago. Did all the recommended checks. Phoned Virgin then and was told to buy new phones!
(Retired Virgin engineer on forum suggested it was something to do with a junction box in the street (part switched off).
I’ve seen guys working in the area (Open Reach - I think). So don’t know if they are working for Virgin??

Openreach have their own network and Virgin Media has their own, so it wouldn't affect the landline if they're doing works on their network.
However I will look in to this for you and assist you further to get this repaired.
