Landline down .. again ..

I went to use our landline, no dial tone .. again .. phone socket has single phone plugged in ..

 

When I go to ..

Just hangs ..

Sorry to hear you are experiencing landline issues. I have checked your account and there are currently no faults showing that are impacting your telephone service.

Are you still experiencing issues now? If so, are you able to try using a different telephone receiver so that we can check it's not the phone itself that's faulty?

I have plugged two different phones directly into the socket ...

Still no dial tone ..

I received a text from VM, saying that they are investigating a network problem.

The next day another text ... network problem solved and all was well

Sorry the Line has faulted again 

I did check the area and we have no local issues 

So I guess we need to book an Service Technician 

I will need to send you a private message to pass security though  
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
