My landline doesn't make calls. When calling the line there is a dial tone and then goes to virgin answer phone, but house phone doesn't ring.
I have tested the house phone on another line and it works and have also tried another phone on my line and still no joy. I have tried to book an engineer but been kept on hold for over 45 minutes then gets cut off. I would like to get this sorted next week as i'm off work but cannot book engineer.
