Our landline doesn't always ring though we can make calls. I have arranged for an engineer to call tomorrow but I've had a text this morning saying that there is a local problem and the visit is suspended until they've fixed the problem. When I look at the service status there is no problem reported and I can't find anywhere where it tells me whether the engineering visit is going ahead.

I'm really sorry to hear of the issues that you're having at the moment with your landline services, I have looked further into this and can see that there is an outage but I'm not sure why its not on the service status page, the ticket number for this issue is F009674662 and the estimated fix time for this issue is today at 6pm. This means that your visit by the engineer has been cancelled. Regards,
