Landline disconnected after arranging new package

My mum called  on 18/12/20 to renegotiate her package, she spoke to a gentleman who arranged for her to keep her current package of TV , Broadband and Phone Line at a lower price which she accepted. That afternoon the phoneline went dead, after speaking to about 6 different people we have now found out that she has no phone included in her package, and her original number which she has had for about 30 years has gone. Is there a way to get the line reinstated as with the original package and with the old number asap, they have now been without a phone for 11 days.

Very sorry to hear this had occurred to your mum. It should be possible to set up a package that includes landline services as part of the bundle, regrettably we aren't able to confirm pricing and offers as we aren';t able to process sales/upgrades or renewals within the forums and will require speaking with the Sales or Retentions Teams. If the landline number has returned to the originating provider, there may not be a way to retrieve this number, unfortunately.
