My landline is completely dead I have done a service check online within the app, and said my line is fine but there is not even a dial tone 😕
Anyone help?

I am so sorry to hear that your landline is down! Can I just confirm, have you recently moved to the DOCSIS phone line, where your phone is connected via the Hub?

I have no clue, I have not heard anything about DOCSIS.
My landline is not connected to my hub, I had realised it hasnt rung in a few weeks lol it usually rings a couple of times so I checked and the line is quiet, no ringtone or anything.
How do I do that?
