Landline dead

Tuning in

Landline has no dial tone since yesterday. Done all necessary checks everything ok. Rang customer service several times no call back and no service issues in my area.

Thanks for posting on our help forum today, accentua.

Sorry to hear of the landline issue you're facing currently, could we please ask if your phone connects to the wall socket and if you are using a master VM socket or an extension one?
How many handsets do you have in use and does any of them have a dial tone when plugged on?
Also, as you've already called our faults team did they advise on a call back from a technician and how long ago was it when you last called in regard?

Connects to wall socket via extension cable 

2 handsets ( neither working)

no call back advised from team

first call @10.am this morning only automated reply ,but not spoken to anyone
