Landline dead

My landline is completely dead. There is no dial tone. I have tried with different phones, none work.

I am so sorry to hear your landline is down, thank you for trying a different handset and I have checked our systems and cannot see a fault or outage, so will pop you over a PM and we can get a tech out for you.
Keep an eye out for the purple envelope.
