Landline dead

Hi. Landline has been dead all day, meanwhile internet is fine. Phone is connected to hub. If trying to call landline it goes straight to voicemail as if line is blocked or on call.

Oh no! Apologies for this - When you pick up the handset, is there a dial tone at all? Also, have you been able to check out this link to see if there are any recorded issues in your area:  https://www.virginmedia.com/help/service-status?

Thanks for getting back to me, have checked staus and all good, both cordless phones have no dial tone
