Having problems with my landline. I'm unable to receive calls or make outgoing ones. I've checked my equipment and that is fine and VM service status suggests that there isn't a fault, yet social media suggest that I am not the only person locally experiencing problems.
I'm reading that VM are migrating all landline phones over to digital system, but the hub I have does not support such connections so I do hope someone hasn't messed up within the organisation and moved me over without issuing me with the appropriate hardware.
Help.
