I am sorry that you've been having an issue with your landline this isn't good.
I've had a look and can confirm that there is an issue with your landline service at the moment. We are looking into this and working to resolve it as quickly as possible and we do apologise for any disruption caused.
At the moment we're looking to have this resolved by 20:40pm on the 13th January 2021.
