Hi, accentua.
Thank you for joining our help forums and sorry to see of the landline issues and this confusion in regard to our switchover process.

Please, refer to this link here for more on the migration to fibre lines and switchover, in order to assist with the issues can you please tell us if there's a dial tone when you try to call someone out and are you able to make and/or receive any calls?

Also, have you checked for outages in your area to view whether there's a problem on the lines there and did you receive any emails relating to this change to the new type of line so far from us?
