has anyone else in Area 20 Canford Heath, Poole, got landline home phone problems? Mine has been dead for 3 days & I'm just going round in circles with the call centre help line. I do everything they text me to do & Keep getting messages saying the problem is fixed - but apart from a minute this morning when I had a dial tone it remains completely dead.
yes tried that. Also restarted all the equipment yesterday & waited 30 mins & still no dial tone. This morning they sent a message to say the fault was fixed but when I tried my phone it was still dead I then waited a while & tried again & got a dial tone & actually put a test call successfully through to my mobile. I thought all okay & shortly after went to make a call & once again the line was dead & has been ever since, There's no problem with phone lines in my area according to the website.
